1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "Player") and Win39 ("Platform", "We"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the Win39 website, including all services, games, promotions, and other features available through our platform.

By accessing, registering, or using any part of the win39 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. This acceptance includes win39's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which form part of this overall agreement.

Win39 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. Continued use of the Win39 platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Member Eligibility

To register and use the Win39 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Is an individual registering on their own behalf — registration on behalf of another person is not permitted.
• Not listed among individuals prohibited from using online betting platforms in your jurisdiction.
• Has never had a Win39 account previously terminated for fraud, bonus abuse, or terms violations.
• Has full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

3. Account Registration

Each player is only permitted to hold one (1) win39 account at any one time. Holding multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious violation of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full name, date of birth, phone number, and active email address. False or misleading information is grounds for account termination without compensation.

KYC Verification Process

Win39 conducts a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to verify the identity of all members. Documents that may be required include:

• Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad) or a valid passport.
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement issued within the last 3 months).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for the deposit.

KYC verification is typically completed in under 24 hours. Accounts that have not completed KYC may still deposit and play, but withdrawals will only be processed once verification is fully complete.

4. Deposit & Payment

Win39 only accepts deposits from payment methods registered under the same member's name. Third-party deposits are not accepted, and such funds will be returned or forfeited depending on case assessment.

5. Fund Withdrawal

Players may request a fund withdrawal at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Account KYC verification has been fully completed.
• No outstanding bonus rollover requirements remain unfulfilled.
• The chosen withdrawal method must be the same as or equivalent to the deposit method used.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30 per transaction.

Win39 sets minimum and maximum betting limits for each game. These limits may change from time to time and will be clearly displayed within each game's interface. Players are responsible for checking the current limits before placing any bets.

8. Player Conduct

Win39 maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward inappropriate conduct. The following actions are strictly prohibited on the Win39 platform:

• Use of automation software, bots, scripts, or unauthorized third-party tools to play or interact with the platform.
• Collusion between players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in Live Casino games and poker.
• Identity fraud or use of another person's personal information.
• Any fraudulent activity, money laundering, or financing of illegal activities through the Win39 platform.
• Harassment or disrespectful conduct toward win39 staff or other players.
• Attempts to hack, breach, or disrupt Win39's systems and infrastructure.

Win39 operates a continuously running fraud detection system. Accounts suspected of involvement in any of the above activities will be temporarily suspended for investigation and may be permanently terminated if found guilty.

9. Account Closure

Win39 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions.

10. Liability Limits

• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.

In all circumstances, win39's maximum liability to you shall not exceed the net deposit amount you placed into the platform in the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Amendments to Terms

Win39 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time at our absolute discretion. Such amendments will take effect immediately upon being published on the Win39 platform.

Win39 will endeavor to notify members of significant amendments via in-platform notifications or registered email. However, the responsibility to review the Terms periodically rests with you as a member. Continued use of the Win39 platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to Win39's operations. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If resolution through negotiation is unsuccessful, the dispute will be referred to arbitration in accordance with the applicable arbitration rules.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, void, or unenforceable by a competent court, that provision shall be severed from these Terms without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
